From crafting handmade gifts during the pandemic as 3bkingdom Creations, the vision evolved. Recognizing a passion and expertise for event styling, 3Bcreates was born.

Mike Maddrey
Stylist Assistant
Plays a vital role in supporting the lead stylist by transforming event visions into reality. This covers setup, décor coordination, vendor communication, and detail management, ensuring a smooth process and flawless execution from concept to completion.
Micheal Maddrey, a native of Vineland, NJ, is a dedicated Minister, father, and warehouse professional in South Jersey. Married to our lead stylist for over 14 years, he is a supportive husband and an integral part of the team. While heavy lifting is part of his role, his creative insights and problem-solving skills are invaluable to 3Bcreates. Micheal is actively involved in every step of the process, making him an essential cornerstone of the team’s success.

Damon Sewell
Buisness Manager
Damon Sewell is the operational backbone of 3BCreates, managing consult scheduling, client communication, contracts, and logistics. His efforts let the stylist focus entirely on creating, ensuring interactions are seamless, professional, and trustworthy. Damon’s precision enables the creative process to flourish without interruptions.
With 12+ years of management experience, Damon has worked at well-known establishments like Wawa, Panera Bread, Hooters in Las Vegas, and local food businesses. He’s been a General Manager at Chipotle, a bowling alley, and a pizzeria in Minnesota before returning home to manage the family business. And yes, Damon is the stylist’s son—proof the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree!
Damon brings sharp business acumen and outstanding customer service to 3BCreates. Acting as final quality control, he ensures every creation meets top standards. He’s not only his mom’s pride but also a vital part of 3BCreates’ trust and success.

MaRanda Baggstrom and Angeline Irrizary
Interns
MaRanda and Angie, former high school students and mentees of Mrs. Maddrey, share a close bond and are now considered part of the family. Given this special connection, it was only natural for them to play a key role in the launch of the business. Together, they collaborate with our stylists to design, plan, and bring to life visually stunning events.
Their responsibilities include conceptualizing and executing unique event design themes, selecting and preparing décor, floral arrangements, table settings, and props. They also help source vendors, materials, and styling elements while ensuring every detail aligns with the vision. From setup to breakdown, MaRanda and Angie work tirelessly to maintain the integrity and beauty of each event.
